Why My Heart Beating Hard And Fast?
im 13 years old and my heart was beating really fast when i went to bed and i couldnt sleep (this happened one time before) but if i watched a movie or kept my mind ooccupide it stoped beating fast and i kinda have panic attacks sometimes and someone i know got hospitalized today and i had a panic attack while i was at the hospital with them and ive been under a lot of stress lately and changed my work out routne to 1 hour on the eleptical machine instead of a lot of weight lifting and also i ate a lot of chocolate chip cookies today and then my heart started beating fast and now it wont stop and the more i think about it the faster it beats whats wrong with me?

Omg.. dude I have the same problem.. When I watched the karate kid today in the theater, my body and mind was fine, but right now I'm going through the same mind facing thing as well as you are. I work out as well, but as soon as I stopped for 2 weeks it's been like this.

Im 14 and my heart doesnt beat fast, but it beats real hard once or twice and sometimes it even gets so bad I get close to coughing.
