most likely she is suffering Acute Uti A urine culture would help to diagnose..please get a ultrasound KUB region to rule out stones in bladder and or kidney and also if there is additional infection ascended to kidneys.treatment should be given if UTI is diagnosed.Please follow up with the treating physician.
