Why Is There Pain In My Back And Right Leg ?

I have heart failure and kidney disease. Also ruptured disc and spinal stenosis . Was lying down, Got up and went to the bathroom Bent over. My lower back snapped and pain shot through my back and down my right leg. Hurts severely and might be going numb. Can hardly walk Help!

Hi well come to HCM.
Should consult spine surgeon because compression over spinal cord can lead to
paralysis in both the lower limb depending depending on severity of compression
and site of compression. Thanks
