Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely carpal tunnel syndrome. For such cases i recommend splinting of wrist in neutral or slight extension at night time for a minimum of 1 month.Local steroid injection is also beneficial for some.NSAIDs are given for short term.Life style modification should be done.If all these not helping then can think about surgical measure which is carpal tunnel release.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
