Hi,
Your most probably suffering from urinary tract infection, cystities and renal stones are also a possibility,
When patient presents to me with this symptoms I us usually prescribe them cotrimaxazole or ciphalosporins, with paracetamol
And advice urine routine and microscopy test, along with culture sensitivity,
Then specific antibiotic is started,
I recommend you to visit physician to get antibiotics prescribed and get your urine analysis done.
Hope this information helps.
