Why Has Sandoz Tablets Been Prescribed For Delayed Periods After Pregnancy Test Showed Negative?
Hi,
My wife's periods have been delayed for 4 days today, yesterday we perform pregnancy test using I-CAN and result was negative. We consult gynecologist, she suggested Sandoz tablets to use for 5 days. She also told that after using for 5 days after 8 days she will get her periods. My wife is concerned about delaying these periods. Please suggest.

There is no cause for concern, as taking these hormone pills cause withdrawal bleeding and initiation of menses. Also the next period will occur on the regular dates after a month if the previous cycle have been regular.
