Why Experiencing Pain In Veins Of Arms And Legs With Pins And Needles In Extremities?
Hello there. I am a smoker, tall, slim, used to be very fit but no longer. Am currently experiencing some pain in the veins of my arms and legs, pins and needles in the extrmities and feeling faint when crouching to standing. I have low blood pressure.What could this be.

you have what is called orthostatic hypotension where your blood pressure varies with changing position like from sleeping to sitting and from sitting to standing
