Hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!
Well it need not be that you should have all the symptoms of pregnancy early on itself it is better you get an ultrasound scan done to confirm the pregnancy and relax.

General & Family Physician Dr. Vidya Muralidhar's  Response
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

In pregnancy one may find white discharge, breast heaviness, nausea, vomitting , but this may not be very much appreciated as well , even other wise the pregnancy is normal, provided the scan and reports are normal with good examination findings

I suggest you need not worry, and get a scan done from your doctor to assure everything is fine

Good luck
