Hi,

The heart rate is 128, may be due to sinus tachycardia. Most common causes are anxiety neurosis or chemotherapy or radiation therapy etc.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid caffeinated drinks and smoking or alcohol. Do regular exercise and yoga.

Please check for ECG to know the cardiac function. Chemotherapy drugs may cause anemia to lead to tachycardia. Drug-induced myocarditis is seen with chemotherapy drugs. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
