Why Do I Have Pain From Shoulder To Upper Chest During Gastric Problems?

I HAVE GASTRIC PROBLEM AND I GET PAIN FROM SHOULDER TO UPPER CHEST AND PAIN KEEPS ON MOVING .THE PAIN DISAPPEARS AND MOSTLY APPEARS WHEN I HAVE GASTRIC PROBLEM.I HAVE TAKEN ALL GAS MEDICINES AND I HAVE NO PEPTIC ULCER AND ULTRASOUND IS NORMAL..MAY I KNOW WHY IS THE PAIN AND WHY IT DISAPPEARS AND MOVES AND MOSTLY FEELS SHAKY

yes,it can happen.this is called a referred pain..stomach conditions can lead to irritation of diaphragm,that inturn leads to refered pain to shoulder through phrenic nerve.anyhow,that should be subsided with the stomach problem.if it persist,may have to look for any specefic cause.
