Why Do I Have Pain Behind My Eye That Feels Like Pressure Pushing It Outward?

I have a constant pain behind the left eye. it feels like pressure pushing outward I sometimes put my hand to my head to keep it from pounding. the pain is sometimes accompanied by pain behind my ear. what could this be? I do suffer from headaches often.

pain behind the eye may represent a pain due to trigeminal nerve involvement or may be due to a mass behind the eye.you dont have to worry , just please consult your ENT doctor for further advice and guidance. thanks
