Why Do I Have Nausea, Dizziness And Pelvic Cramps After Child Birth?

I have been suffering from nausea for about 2 weeks now. I am having some serious stomach pains that's make me dizzy and an increase on passing gas sometimes the pain agitates my pelvic and causes cramps that feel like period cramps I just gave birth to a baby 3 weeks ago .

Hi,
You could be undergoing involution of the uterus which may be the reason for the cramps in the abdomen. Another possibility is the infection of the gastrointestinal system. Please check with a physician to locate the reason since uterine involution cramps should not make you feel dizzy. Diet may also need to be modified if you have difficulty in digesting high quality diets. Anti-spasmodic medication will help to relieve the cramps as well as allow flatus to pass easily.
