hi sir i m 22 yr old guy... i have never did sex with any girl. but when once i had 2 tried facing problem in my penis.. when i had clinched my pennis outer skin it is easily moved but after that i started getting pain in front part of pennis even i cant touch through clothes when i toched it then i loosed my temper. once i consulted urologist after cheking he said u have no problem.. but still now i am gettin pain

Welcome to HCM.
Have you got your urine tested?. If there is no infection and urologist is saying no problem, then you have absolutely nothing to worry. Your anxiety may have a role to play. Ignore the pain and drink plenty of water. It will go away just as it came.

Thanks for query,
You might not have phimosis but might have tight forskin which gives you this problem.
You again consult and discuss this problem about tight skin.
In this case also you have to go for circumcision operation.
