I had right knee pain with no injury for a day. Next day, the right calf muscle was sore. That night, the right foot was cold, as if not enough circulation. Now, both feet feel cold (not icy), hamstrings feel tired and like a nerve is pinched. I also have that pinched nerve-type feeling in both arms, from the outside of armpit, down across tricep. Hands don't feel cold. Occasional (but not very often) pain in the inside of right shoulder blade area. I am a 44 yr old, 255 lb male. 5'9".
