I am very sorry to read your problem. The baby is usually visibe about 10 days after the missed period. Now after 2 months if your doctor says that the baby is not visible in ultrasonography, there is s likelyhood of two things: 1. The baby is no longer living and you have some sort of abortion - missed abortion or complete abortion. 2. You were not pregnant and the loss of menses is due to some other cause. Please see your ObGyn physician immediately to sort out this proble.
