Why Are My Toes Gray After I Workout?

For the past month, after exercising, all my toes look gray in color... like they are dead. I am not new to working out. In fact, I have worked out all my life, typically twice per day. Currently I teach classes and even do private lessons. Why are my toes turning gray all of a sudden? I am a 49-year-old female, and I weigh about 123 pounds. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the cyanosis, due to the lack of blood supply to the toes, the reason may be the atherosclerosis, due to cholesterol, or any obstruction to the blood vessels.
The other causes may be the anemia, or heart problem.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to have good health, recovery, and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
