General Surgeon 's  Response
hello dear
mastlagia (breast pain) is of two types. CYCLICAL- which typical starts one or two days prio to menstrual period an subsides after onset of menses. NONCYCLICAL - is not related to menstraual cycle. cyclical needs COUNCELLING AND EVENING PRIMROSE ( 3g/d),avoid taking coffee, chocolates. noncyclical needs just NSAIDS (NON STEROIDAL ANTIINFLAMMATORY DRUGS). hence my advice is to catogarise the pain and consult your breast surgeon. hope this is helpful to you.
take care

It may be related to ovulation. It is physiological on 12-14 th day and 2-3 days before MC. Take 500 mg of Indian Asparagus extract with milk twice daily 30 minutes before food.

welcome to HealthcareMagic
Since there is no lump and you have pain in breast it can be due to hormonal problems and to get relief you can take cap-Primosa 1000mg 1 daily for three months.Normally breast pain can occur during pregnancy and even before periods.Since there is no sexual activity the main cause can be only hormonal or a sort of sprain for which you can take a pain killer if you want.
