I have pain in my left knee to the left (outside) of knee cap. It is tender to touch or if on my knee on the ground but not to walk or exercise. This has come and gone over a couple of years but does not seem to be associated with any trauma or injury. E-mail is YYYY@YYYY .

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem this could be a arthritis of single joint if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicines
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 5o mg once in day
3) Tab serratiopeptidase three times in day
hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
