Why Am I Stiff And Sore And Have A Bruise On My Spine?
My family and I went camping 2 days ago and while we were there we went off roading we went over a really big bump and I flew forward and then back into the back corner of the truck. I am stiff and am very sore. I have a bruise on the middle of my spine. At night I can t move its sometimes hard to catch my breatb and only at night my arms go numb. Why am I so uncomfortable and how long til it gets better?

What I understand by the history that there might some sort of tension strain over the cs occurred when you had this incident. Due to the nerve entrapment in the cervical region you might be feeling the tingling, numbness, pain etc in the upper limbs.
Also the stiff back can be because of the direct impact occurred over the thoracic spine in the mid dorsal region the muscle would have gone into spasm. What I will advice is, why don't you try taking hot water fermentation in the mid thoracic region and also the neck region.
Wait for 5-7 days. usually pain subsides in this duration. In case if it doesn't than you can check up with an orthopedist for further Physical examination.
