Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Alcohol cause gastritis which can cause severe abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea. Excessive acid production and reflux can also lead to burning and inflammation of food pipe like in your case.

For that treatment of acidity is needed. Quit drinking under psychiatrist supervision and do not worry. Medicines like pantoprazole will be helpful for acidity under physician supervision.

Wishing her good health and all the best.
