Hi doc, i m feeling a pain in the vein under the left testicle from past one week.

Hi gaurav,
If there is h/o injury on that part, it is likely that you might have infection.
But it seems that you have Epididino orchitis.
consult your doctor and seek his advice.
After one course of antibiotic you will be alright.
