hi, if you have breast pain around your periods it is normal.if it is a persistant pain then it may b due 2 mastitis, breast abscess,or due to trauma.don't worry all these problems can treated with analgesics.since you are 23 it will not b a serious problem.plz make a habit of self examination of breasts
