Dear , this looks like a heavy hectic schedule which you might be facing at your workplace. Kindly provide details of your work place, timings, nature of job ur involved in, ur targets, ur fav pasttime, recent travels, change in the water/food that u are consuming, recent illnesses if any, etc.
