Why Am I Having Frequent Urination With Headaches?
Hi, I am 47 years old male (65 kg, 5 ft 9 in) on type 2 diabetes. Though my blood glucose levels are under control (thru diet) - for last 6 months, I experience urination atleast 4 times (daytime), in the night its all ok but as soon as I wake up I need to go to washroom and urine passed in big in quantity. I also experience frequent headache. I am using chamimole tea and use ground flaxseed for last 3 months. I recently experienced 1 inch reduction in my waistline.

It is good that you are controlling sugars with diet and the fact that you are losing weight is appreciable. Four times urination in a day and passing huge quantities of urine in the morning is normal in males of your age. So dont worry about urination. Please check your sugar often and make sure you are in perfect control of diabetes.
Coming to your headache the reasons may vary like stress, disturbed sleep, lack of sleep, Sinusitis, migraine, Obstructive sleep apnoea etc.. So based on the reason for headache the treatment differs.Suggest you to give me detailed account on type of headache, time of headache, Aggravating and relieving factors, level of stress , timing and duration of sleep, history of any ENT disorders. I am sure we will be able to narrow down to a probable cause and take the treatment part from there.
