Why Am I Feeling Something Pointing Towards My Heart And My Heart Beat Abnormal ?

i am a male 23,having some gastric disturbances and i slightly feel something nibbing or pointing towards my heart and a slight abnormality in my heartbeat and i am absolutely fine with zero medical records.

Hi,

The features you have mentioned can be of acid reflux disease. As your problem seems to be a mild one, you can definitely follow some preventive measures such as avoiding spicy/oily food/coffee/tea/stress. And, drink plenty of water, take frequent small meals. Also, try taking proton pump inhibitors (such as Esomeprazole/Pantoperazole) after consulting your Gastroenterologist/Physician.
