I was on the depo for 5 years got my last shot in April was suppose to take it in July but I didn't in those 5 years till this day I have't got my period. I was wondering can I still get pregnant if I have not had my period? I have just been experiencing nausea & vomiting, cramps, pain in my nipples, vaginal discharge.

Hi,

The chances of pregnancy is likely to be less while on Depo. In case you are planning for pregnancy, you should stop the injection. Fertility resumes after 3 months of stopping the injection in order to completely reduce your body hormone levels. Nausea, vomiting, cramps and vaginal discharge are the side effects of Depo injection and not necessarily denote pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
