I'm 17 years old ..I've been on a diet for a month but without working out..I eat 250-500 calories a day ..I was 159 pounds & I got to 145 pounds then I get up to 150.5 pounds again in only two days even I didn't change my diet ..I drink a lot of water ..why I'm gaining weight instead of losing it ???& what is a teatment for a constipation?

Have your weight measured fortnightly.
If you have more water and constipation you weigh more.
For constipation you can have plenty of water and green veggies and salads.
Do regular exercise.
