General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of feeling of the wind blowing, ringing, hearing own breath and occasionally own heart beat.
All this happening in the right ear alone.
This indicates that there is a fluid built up in the middle ear cavity on the right side but not under too much pressure as you do not have pain.
I would advise you the following:
You need a course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antihistamine, nasal decongestant and if required oral steroid to reduce the inflammation.
Not to blow the nose.
Do not instill anything in the ear as it will enhance the sensation that you already have.
Consult an ENT Surgeon to get a clinical evaluation, examination and prescription based medicines.
