Whom To Consult If Having Weakness In Legs And Discomfort While Walking After Chronic Small Vessel Ischemic Changes Is Detected?

Sir my father age 54 ,in MRI choronic small uessel iscsenic changes dedected he is feeling weakness in walking . nerologist given Tab verhzac,cihmoc,terajol .but after taking medicen he is feeling more uneasyness then physicen change the medicen . but the problem is still there in long walking to whom we should consult.

Hello
As you mentioned that M R I shows ischemic changes in blood vessels supplying blood to legs .
In my opinion as treatment is not responding by a neurologist and physician .
In this type of condition I usually advise my patient to consult a VASCULAR SURGEON and get his opinion.
In my opinion , if medicinal treatment fail then surgeon may operate and will dislodge ( remove ischemic part or remove blood coagulation ).
