Whom To Consult For Chest Pains In Both Sides?

I have pain in both the sides of the chest, a kind of uncomfortable pain which stays there and increases when i bend and press my finger in the chest. it is there since 2 months. I dont know which specialists to go to? i am 33 yrs old having no medical history.

By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
Chest pain on movements (bending in your case) and tenderness (pain on pressing) are characteristic of musculoskeletal pain.
So consult orthopedic doctor for the diagnosis of this.
You should avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid strenuous exercise. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
You will mostly improve in 1-2 weeks.
