White Spots On Upper Lip, Swelling With Spots On Lower Lip, Viral Swab Normal, Allergic Reaction To Lipstick Or Virus?

I have these little white spots on my upper lip and my lower lip is swollen with spots towards the edges.I have been to several doctors one said an allergic reaction to lipstick another said a virus .I had a viral swab done nothing came back.I dont know what to do this started in january and wont get better and its causing me stress just want it to go back to normal please help!

one more thing that needs to be ruled out is vitiligo.

it can occur on the lips.

i suggest that you apply pimecrolimus cream on the spots. that should help in getting the colour back slowly.
