White Pimple Inside Penis, Does Not Cause Irritation Or Pain. Treatment Options?

Ive been with my wife for 3 years and just the other day I woke up in the morning to pee. i peed in a v-line like straight and sideways at the same time. When i finished I looked in my peehole and saw like a white pimple . It doesnt really irritate me after the 1st pee but Im wondering how to treat it and make it goe away

Based on what you have posted it appears that you have spraying of urinary stream.This is due to obstruction to the flow of urine at the external meatus and can be due to either impaction of a debris from the bladder or oedema of the meatus itself.Please consult some urologist for clinical examination and confirmation.Since you do not have any other symptoms like burning,pain, etc. you need not worry at all .Take some antibiotics for 5 days and drink more water ,It should resolve itself in a day or two.
