HI, i am 17 years old male. I am experiencing a white creamy fluid discharge before urination and even in between urine in the morning. On the other side, during the whole day, whenever i pass urine, there is no white fluid like the first one in the morning but some clear liquid drops after urine. Its been happening from the last six months, and i am really worried over this ; i tried to diagnose its cause and i think its more likely to happen almost every day with me whenever i eat chocolates,almonds,dry fruits and spicy food.The shocking thing is, i ve lost my body weight to about 5-4 KG over the past six months.There are are severe cramps and frictional sounds from my joints whenever i sit or stand up, and i am feeling like something is missing from them as they look hollow,causing a little pain at times.This never happened to me before, and i feel tired of it. I also have the problem of constipation. I used to have a night discharge once a month without any intentions, and it happens only in sleep.However sometimes, while sitting i feel like some thing is being dropped into my penis,i would pee but there would be nothing except some clear drops after peeing. I tried to search over the internet, but some things were horrific like my weight loss is being caused by loss of semen in the urine but i am not sure of what s happening, need help;i tried my best to explain every bit of it as clearly as i could...THANX!!
