White Bump Son Lips. Applied Coconut Oil. Had Oral Sex. What Could It Be? STD?

I have small white bumps on the inner lining of my upper lip. I've went to a dermatologist and was told they were not HPV, however, this morning I see two more. Yesterday I applied Coconut Oil on my lips after swimming in a pool. I've seen two of these bumps on my lips for months and have no feeling or spreading of them, but the two new ones have bothered me. I would also like to mention that I've had oral sex with my wife the 3 nights ago as well. Not to sound ignorant to possibilities, but I am sure she doesn't have an STD. I have gotten lab work done last week but am waiting on my results, considering it's a holiday weekend, so I had to post and ask. Are there any STDs that bring white bumps on the lip lining? I understand herpes and it's process, this doesn't seem to be herpes at all. But I am having far too much anxiety right now.

Hi,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.

After reading your query I can assure you that your problem doesn't seem to be any kind of sexually transmitted disease.
It appears from your query that you are suffering from simple problem of "folliculitis". This is the inflammation of the hair root under the skin which gives rise to bump like appearance. Now it can be a recurrent problem because of the hair present over these areas and the friction around this area.
There could had been a possibility of warts but warts are thorn like ( or pointed structures ) and is also ruled out by the dermatologist. So you should rest assured about the STDs. Also the site you have mentioned is not the site for any kind of relevant STDs at this area.

Do maintain good local hugine, do not pinch, pop or squeeze the bumps. It will regress after some time.
Hope this information will help.

With good health wishes"
