Which Treatment Should I Take According To This MRI Report Of The Knee?

I have had a MRI and this is what is said re left knee: 'No joint effussion or bone oedema. Increased signal with the posterior horn of the degenerative changes of the lateral meniscus, Similarly, posterior horn medial meniscus degeneration with the suggestion of a small oblique tear extending to th inferior surface. Minor joint space with small osteophytes. The anterior cruciate ligament is not clearly defined suggests a tear of this. Requires clinical correlation' what do I do now go to a physio or physical therapist or do my own exercises?, 49 year old female

These reports are suggestive of a meniscus and ligament injury. It will not be cured by physio or drugs rather you will need a arthroscopic surgery. It is a key hole surgery and there is no need of bed rest after this procedure. It is must to treat your pain.It is not emergency and can be done whenever you want.
