Minor joint space with small osteophytes. The anterior cruciate ligament is not clearly defined suggests a tear of this. Requires clinical correlation' what do I do now go to a physio or physical therapist or do my own exercises?, 49 year old female
These reports are suggestive of a meniscus and ligament injury. It will not be cured by physio or drugs rather you will need a arthroscopic surgery. It is a key hole surgery and there is no need of bed rest after this procedure. It is must to treat your pain.It is not emergency and can be done whenever you want.
