Which Is The Best Treatment For Joint Pain?

hi,
Its my father suffering with knee pain (i can not say its a knee pain its a pain in every joint) when we check with the doctor he said there is no permanent solution for this use medicines throughout the life. Now it is almost 2 years we are using the medicines there is no use. Please suggest which treatment is best i can go for?
My native is Nelleore,Andra Pradesh, which hospital and doctor is best in near by area? (Chennai and bangalore also no problem).

Please help.

Arthritis has no cure but it can be maintained. Exercise is the best method. Exercise an reduce the rate of progression of the disease.
Please consult a Physiotherapist, ask them to teach Hip stability and Knee stability exercises. As he is suffering since two years he may have to undergo some specific stretches along with modalities.
