Hi,
Avoid fruits like watermelon, mangoes, banana, Chikoos(Pakistani), jackfruit, grapes, Strawberry, Sugarcane. the fruits which you can have are apple, Grapefruit, Lime, Peaches. You must divide your fruit and vegetable diet in five portions through all the day, by spreading the fruit you eat through the day helps to avoid a sudden rise in blood sugar levels.

Confusing world. My doctor said eat papaya, apple and avoid rest. I listened to him for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks i am eating everything from banana to watermelon. Add Lime to it and GI comes down.

My sugar is down to lower range (staring from FBS-129/PPBS-224) without any PILLS. (FBS/PPBS/Random :: 60/92/96): A1C: 5.0

We should all thank engineered oils and fats industry for handing down degenerative diseases which Pharma industries really thrive on. Mosanto, baeyer are next in queue trying to bribe governments to force their crap down everyone's throat.

Hello Doc I normally find. Sugars. Ants clustering within my toilet bowl after some time I urinated; please what could be the sign of it?? I eat well balanced diet regularly; more of semolina with my native soup which comprises of chicken, ginger, garlic, chilli pepper and some other spices. I eat less of white bread, white rice and more of fruits. I drink more of red wine and cranberry juice, and water. I exercise by jogging and walking on. Saturdays mostly 4 an hour. I used to to smoke often but stopped recently but do take a stick or 2 randomly like 1 in a week or in 2 weeks. I used to overweight as well but been able to loosed 9-10kg with the help of green tea plus exercise and dieting. I used to regularly take a cup of black tea daily without sugar or milk but stopped as I discovered that its been over stressing my bladder and causing me constant urinarination and pains above my penis area directly below my navel. So with all these I don t know what could be the reason of seeing ants around my toilet bowl; tho this occurs when I fail to flush it and come back to reuse it. Patiently waiting for your advise. Thank You Doctor Warm Regards, Felix

Hi, I m a patient with diabetes for 13 yrs. At present, I m taking Hassanbest medicine + Janumet everyday, but it seems not to be effective. My friend advised me to take Glucovance 500 mg/5mg and Galvus Met 50/1000 mg. I m wondering if I should follow his advice. Sometimes I check my blood sugar level early morning before breakfast, it s around 7.8-8.0 mmol/L. Looking forward to hearing from you, doctors. Many thanks,

32 y/o female, no known major medical problems - depression, hay fever. Notice the past few times I've eaten pizza I get severe diarrhea, almost immediately. No nausea or vomiting, but stomach cramps, urgency and diarrhea. I wonder if I could be allergic to the wheat? I don't eat white flour or wheat very often and try to eat mostly low-glycemic/low-carb. Appreciate anything that could point me in the right direction. Thanks.
