My dad has been diagonalized with depression My dad is taking nexito 10 (5 mg at night and 5 mg in the morning) . He takes lithosun 400mg in the morning. He takes sleep medication at night (5 mg Nitrosun) . He complains of chronic fatigue and restlessness. HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Fatigue and restlessness is part of depression and that would go with antidepressant. Drugs usually take two weeks to show response and in that case, you have to wait to get response. In depression, fatiguabilty take time to go. Usually it get treated lastly by drug, so be patience. Carry on with same drugs combination and he would improve. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
