Whether the prescribed tables will melt the 8 mm gestation sac or not ?

I have two kids with ceaserian, and i was advised by the doctor in india that there will be complication and might risky for mother if we go for the third child. Since then we are taking the precautions. But unfortunately last month my wife has missed her periods (her LMP : 31ST October, 2008). We went to the hospital (10/dec/08) and after conducting the blood test 25 mIU/ml and conifrmed positive. On 11/dec/08 i have taken 3x200 mg misoprostel orally and 2x200 mg vaginally and the periods started in two hours and heavt bleeding there for two days followed by ligh bleed until 16th December, 2008. 17th December, 2008 ULTRASOUND (TVS) performaed and the report shows : Uterus showing gestational sac : 8 mm collapsed , Fetal pole : Not seen after +- 4D missed abortion. Doctor prescribed on 17th December, 2008: Duracan 150 mg 1 Cap, Methergin 125 mg 3 tabs per day for 5 days, Biocef 500 mg 2 Cap per day for 5 days, Ferrovit 2 tab per day for one month. Taken Duracan on 17th Night, rest of prescription started on 18th Dec, 2008. Just today 21/12/2008 light menses started (spotting). I like to know whether the prescribed tables will melt the 8 mm gestation sac or not. My wife is complaining that some times she is having back pain only and some times lower abdominal pains. Also, let me know if I must go for D and C

She should go for DandC as collapsed sac may not come out with tablets and she has previous two cessarean sections so be careful.

Hi, this is my 11th ivf cycle (history of thin lining)and my results have been up and down from the start. My HCG levels were very slow to rises at the start but then did what they should have been doing; 10/6 =28, 12/6= 29, 15/6=57, 18/6=200, 20/6=585, 23/6=1797 and 1/7=13000. I had a scan 23/6 which showed 3mm gestational sac and another scan yesterday 1/7 which showed and empty 9mm gestational sac. My dates (transfer 5 day blast 30/5) make no sense in regards to my HCG levels and I seem behind on everything so I m unsure west to think- about everything. Do you think this is an anembryonic pregnancy?

hello My reports saying A singleton intrautenrine gestational sac is seen with an embryo measuring 3.5mm in crown-rump length corresponding to 6 weeks 0 day of gestation. The sac walls appear regular. the mean sac diameter appears normal for the period of gestation. the yolk sac is visualised and appears normal in size and echopattern. tegular cardiac activity is visualised, approx 112 beats/min. Hypoechoic collection measuring approx. 14x4.7 mm noted around the sac suggestive of subchorionic haemorrhage. The cervical OS is closed. No adnexal mass is seen. Doctor recommended : Full bed rest. Corion 5000 IU (1 injection per week till 3 weeks) Tablet Duphaslin(10mg) (2 per day till 1 month) Tablet Folfit (Daily 1 till 2 months) Could you please advise - If anything to worry? - Side-effects of injections and tablet while taking in pregnancy. Dear Doctor,( this is for a gynecologist)
My last period was on 4.09.2010. my ovulation was approx. between 22nd to 24th. I missed my periods on 04.10.2010. Home pregnancy test came negative on 12.10.2010 but came positive on 16.10.2010. on 18.10.2010 started spotting brown so visited doc and did sonography. uterus was empty. on 25.10.2010 ultrasound report says the gestational sac has been formed but not the yolk sac and the embryo. the brown spotting still continues although i take susten 200 twice a day. please advice if every thing is going well.and when should i do the next ultrasound?
