When Should One Test For Pregnancy From The Time Of Menstrual Cycle Ends?

i had just stoppped my menstrual cycle on the 14th of this month and had sexual intercourse the day after, the 15th of this month. i was wondering considering my situation when i could take a pregnancy test and get an accurate result and also how soon a blood pregnancy test can detect pregnancy considering my situation. is it too early?

I would like to tell you that pregnancy test will be positive after 28 to 35 days of last menstrual period. But sometimes in early days of pregnancy, preg test is weakly positive and so it is misinterpretated as negative. This occur when HCG levels are not that much high. So in that case pregnancy can be confirmed by ultrasound. But in most cases, Pregnancy test will be positive after 35 days of last period.
In your case, you had unprotected sex just after your period and that is relatively safe period, so chances of pregnancy are very rare, but still you can check it after 35 days of last period date.
