When Is Pregnancy Possible While On Duphaston And Metformin?

Hi. Can i ask a question i have 1son he is 3years old right now im CS delivery. and we are planning to have a baby for second time i ve done to check up w/ my OB she said i have a policistic ovaries i take duphaston 2xa day for 10days, folic acid 1x a day for 1month and metformin 1x aday for 1month. When will i get pregnant? thanks for the answer

for pcod, treatment varies from person to person.

for eg- person having infertility is treated with clomiphene and ivi cycles.
person with irregular periods are treated with ocps or pops

you are being treated with metformin for weight loss as obesity is associated with PCOS. also you are given progesterone to regulate your cycles.

so your treatment is on right track. just keep following up with the doctor.

also you need some investigations to be done like s.testosterone levels, USG pelvis,abdomen.

last thing is keep trying and have sex regularly especially during your ovulatory days.
