Whats Wrong When I Cant Get My BP Regulated ?

Its usually high,but i take the medication like the doctor says to,i ve been walking a lot 3-4 miles a day,i m overweight but when i wasn t it was high too.I ve had all kinds of test everythings checks normal.Is it possible that some people just have high blood pressure normanally?

Yes, its possible, but that doesn't make it any less dangerous. If conventional treatment is not getting the results you want, perhaps you should try some alternatives (starting with a second opinion)? Counseling to reduce stress? Acupuncture (yes, it works)? Herbs? A nutritionist (no disrespect to your doctor, but most MDs have only rudimentary nutrition education)? A Naturopath? Keep looking, there is an answer. Good luck!
