Welcome to Healthcare Magic

Good Day
His Diabetes needs to be in proper control as well as hib blood pressure. Fatty liver can be due to alcohol intake as well. It is relatively harmless for now but can become dangerous if alcohol is not stopped if he takes it. Prostatomegaly need not be treated unless he has problem urinating like poor urinary stream, straining on passing urine, burning sensation on passing urine or lower abdominal pain. He needs to get his serum lipids, Liver and Kidney function tests as well. The kidney cyst may be relatively harmless. He needs to stop eating junk food, much rice, bananas, oranges which are all high in calories, eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink enough water.
