What Treatment To Take For Gilbert Syndrome?

Sir, i am 32 years old male. i have gilbert syndrome . i am a bodybuilder using whey protein for workouts. recently i got joint pains and body pains and i was undergone for the blood test . result is as followed ; bilirubin 1.6 , sgpt 45 and sgot 52 . hb 16.3 and wbc 6500. I s it normal or i have to go for treatment? what type of food i have to avoid. please suggest me. what medicaton i need to get normal levels?

except little higher bilirubin all other liver function test will be normal. It is hereditary liver dis order generals detected at puberty due to sex hormone ratio alter ration. Its prognosis is good does not effect eye, The level you have given are normal. No need of any treatment. You may consult your family physician for future guidance.
