What Treatment Should One Take For Recurring Cold ?
Hello Doctor, I m 48 years old man . i always suffring from cold/ running nose . I have taken many time treatment from diffirent doctors but as treatment going on sympotons came down and after 7-10 days its same as before the treatment. Now last 3 days i have taken azithromycin 500 mg one a day and recofast 3 times daily, and i am felling well right now. But i now again in few days i will face same problem. what kind of treatment i should take?

From your history what i understand that you took subclinical doses and for lesser periods so the recurence is there

Hi Sharma,
You seem to be suffering from a chronic problem; it can be chronic rhinitis, sinusitis or allergic response too.
You should do daily steam inhalation for some time. Stay away from dust and other allergens.
Also FESS surgery may help you if the cause is sinusitis. Discuss about this with your doctor.
Do not take much of antibiotics.
