What Treatment Is Suggested For Water Filled Blister At The Back Of The Hand?

My husband woke from a nap with a water filled blister on the back of his hand. Later in the day it turned read and then purple and now it is black. We did not pop it. We first thought it was a spider bite but he had no other symptoms. Now it is just crusty and an ill looking black color. It is not read around it and it doesn t show signs of infection. What could this be?

Hi,

I have gone through your query and it could be a fixed drug eruption.
It is a reaction to most drugs and occasionally to certain foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
