What Treatment Is Suggested For Tonsils & Adenoids ?
My son who is 12 has his tonsils and adenoids out a month ago ..in the last 2 weeks he has called me from school crying about what seems to me to be a real over reaction on his part. Also he is complaining of being sick and quesy every morning till early afternoon. Let me also state my son has grown 3 inches since surgery and ldo has not taken his adhd meds since June

Most of the children recover completely by 10 days after tonsil and adenoid surgery bit in some cases it may be prolonged upto 14-18 days , i would like you to have patience and listen to him. he will not need any further medications and will be alright in a couple of days. In the meantime you can ask him to gargle with warm salt water 2-3 times a day.
