Actually E Coli are bacteria from gut that usually migrate to vaginal tract. It is one of the most common cause of of Genital tract infection.
I usually suggest Tab. Ornidazole -Ofloxacin combination twice a day for 5 days. Along with she can have pre biotics like Cap. VIBACT DS once a day for ten days. Also vaginal wash soaps like Lactacyd is also available that can be used frequently to wash private parts which helps maintain vaginal hygiene and vaginal flora- useful vaginal bacteria.
