What To Do If Stool Is Hard And Have To Strain To Pass Stools?
i have a difficult time having a bowel movement. my stoll is not really hard. I just cant get it to come out very well and only a little bit does at a time even if it is soft. I have to really strain to get any out at all most of the time and sometimes there is bright red blood in my stool (obvious that it is from straining) . sometimes i have to to physically help it out by pushing against the vaginal wall to get it out. I do have a hemmoroid i believe and several years ago i had a colonoscopy and they said i had internal hemmoriods and an enlarged colon. Why would this be happening. Is everything ok.?
ur rectum have become enlarged due to chronic constipation so it will not let the stool out normal until it fills up completely. change ur life style . regular bowel movements are necessary. try to pass stool daily early morning reflexes are good at this time. intially u will have to sit for quite some time in washroom but it will get better . avoid spicy oily food use high fiber diet and plenty of fluids. do regular exercise and use laxative for few days only
