What To Do If Having Erectile Dysfunction Despite Trying Cyalis And Viagra?

Greetings. I am curious about ED. While I seem to occasionally get an erection in the middle of the evening sleep time, I cannot seem to get one during intimacy despite trying both cialis and viagra. Do I have a testosterone issue and / or do youhave any suggestions ?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction and unable to get erection even after taking Viagra or Cialis.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to find out the cause of your ED.
1) Blood Sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
2) Serum Testosterone levels
3) Thyroid function tests.
4) Serum Prolactin and LH
5)Colour Doppler Ultrasound scanning of the penis to study penile circulation 9To rule out arterial insufficiency or Venous leak) .

Further treatment will depend upon findings of these tests and cause of your ED.
